Travis Smith was born and raised in Central Kentucky, and began working in the pest control business for his father Gary during high school. Travis continued to work for his father while completing college, before joining the family business full-time after graduation. Following his father’s retirement in 2011, Travis took over the reins of BG Pest Control, and has continued the legacy built by his family. Travis is Licensed in Kentucky and has experience in all aspects of the industry while staying ahead of innovative products and trends.
Travis has been married to his wife Libby for 7 years, and has 2 children, Matthew (age 5), Sarah (age 3), and a yellow lab named Bruno. When not serving the pest control needs of the Central Kentucky area, Travis enjoys traveling with his family, running marathons, and watching the Hilltoppers!
